This letter is to inform the commercial/ industrial property owners and business owners that the City will shortly begin conducting inspections pursuant to the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the City of Highland Park.
If the structure or property is found to have violations, you will be notified by mail and given 7 (seven) days to correct the identified violations. When you receive a letter please contact the office so we can go over any questions or concerns.
