For the safety of our customers and staff, we request everyone wear a mask and the lobby is limited to 4 customers at a time. Social distancing protocols are in place so please maintain a 6 foot distance. For convenience, we encourage our customers to continue to utilize our online payment system or the drop box (no cash please) to make payments.

Drinking Water and Lead
Residents can view their property’s water service line materials and explore city-wide data through Highland Park's interactive service line inventory at https://lead-service-line-inventory-metroca.hub.arcgis.com/. As Highland Park undertakes lead service line replacements, the inventory will be regularly updated to reflect these improvements.
The Highland Park Water Department mailed letters to every home that is suspected to have a lead service line in November of 2024. If you did not receive a letter, you can search for your address in the Highland Park Service Line Inventory to see what material your service line is made of. If you think you should have received a letter stating that you have a lead service line, please call the Highland Park Water Department Customer Service Center at 313-865-1876.
